What you’ll be doing

  • Manage a portfolio of customers within your territory to optimise customer service and maximise sales revenue
  • Work with the Sales Manager to deliver sales, profit and productivity targets for the territory
  • Deliver distribution and promotional sell-in objectives, including point of sale
  • Identify and seek out new customers and build lasting relationships
  • Input orders accurately through the Blue Alligator mobile sales platform
  • Develop key accounts through improved relationships
  • Spot new products demanded in the market and work with the product department on range and pricing
  • Provide monthly and weekly sales forecasting and reporting, with daily CRM updates

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience in face-to-face, territory-based customer sales development
  • Experience of B2B FMCG sales
  • IT skills to manage ERP and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and goal-orientated, a team player who takes ownership of problems and is resilient in the face of a “no”

What you’ll be doing

  • Produce and maintain the daily stock report, consolidating reports from our 3PL into the master spreadsheet
  • Cross-check dispatch reports against pick orders in Business Central and resolve discrepancies
  • Submit orders to the 3PL from the sales team’s files, checking accuracy before they go
  • Process and progress sales orders through Business Central, keeping records accurate
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the sales team on order, stock and dispatch queries
  • Liaise with the 3PL, couriers and logistics companies on dispatch, deliveries and daily pallet bookings
  • Handle invoice and cost verification, monthly pallet storage reconciliation, and inventory analysis and reporting
  • Support our Shopify store, Amazon and eBay listings, and assist with Klaviyo email marketing and CRM upkeep

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years in an operations, order processing or e-commerce support role, ideally in wholesale, distribution or retail
  • Experience with an ERP or order management system (Business Central an advantage)
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas and working across multiple spreadsheets
  • Exposure to Shopify, Amazon or eBay desirable; familiarity with Klaviyo helpful
  • Methodical, accurate and detail-focused, a proactive team player who stays calm during busy trading periods
